There's Chef Michael and the finshed work. Started with a lobster something and finished with a confit of duck. In-between there were palate cleansers and a mango sorbet for desert...

Valentine's Dinner - Spice of Life

February 14th at Spice of Life. We asked Chef Michael to cook for us and he produced a feast. He also brought along a "drinksmaster" who was able to produce (from our own stocks), any manner of cocktail. We didn't have to lift a finger, everything was done by his capable assistants.

"Fifth Dimension" Hibiscus

Fifth Dimension Hibiscus, originally uploaded by alldaydoodler.

Unedited, taken at Sunnyside Garden, St. Paul's Grenada. Developed by one "Dr. Bertie" from Tobago...I think Hibiscus is definitely the Caribbean Rose

Sunset halo at Blowing Point

Sunset taken from the jetty at Blowing point, Anguilla BWI

Blowing Point, Anguilla

Night views from ferryboat Inn, with the moon rising over the harbour. Camera resting on a wall...

Jetty at Blowing Point

This abandoned jetty at Blowing Point next to the Ferry harbour, was to be used as a dolphin attraction. The project was challenged in court by a local group who opposed the development, and apparently won. On the sand face down was a sign announcing the verdict of the court preventing any further development of the attraction. In the meantime the jetty remains, an eyesore.
